As far as resistance bands/equipment is concerned, this is a fail. The bands don’t attach to the bar, which is the primary reason I bought them, so it’s not stable. Adjusting the bands is simple Enough, but the range of motion/extension is sub par. Overall, a big disappointment. Not as described, 3 stars is generous.

Don’t like it

Bought to use for bench pressing. Comes in a solid box. I was really surprised with the feel and weight. Feels strong and solid. The bar screws together really easy and again feels solid. In a bench press position you don't get the feel of holding a weighted bar BUT when you press up you definitely feel the strong resistance and feel the pump. Best resistance bands that I have ever used. So far a good 5/5

Got this to supplement my work out at home. It's a great bit of kit!! The chest press, bent over row / normal row & chest fly's are great, you can really feel the tension work. Though if you want to do bicep curls, lateral rises etc, you need extra bands. I just bought another basic set off Amazon as the Innstar ones are too expensive for what they are. The back brace and barbell however is brilliant quality.

Well thought out, but very weak elastics. After not very frequent use, three elastics broke and now the device is unusable.

I wasn't really what I was expecting. I'm not saying it's bad just not great. The pad part is to small for my back and I'm a small guy so if you're a bit bigger I don't think it would be any good

This is great , I love it , I do alot of shuffle dancing and dancersise and this has helped me tone and gain strength, compact ideal for travelling luv luv luv it
