I'm reserving future judgement on this product because this is the SECOND set I've purchased from Circle Joy HK. The first set I purchased was a similar model but had an internal grind adjustment. This new one is external and is easier to use. The main issue I had with the first set is that after 7 months, (past the warranty) I was preparing a meal and when I went to salt the sauce in the pan the entire grinder head came apart and fell in the sauce. Needless to say, I have a bit of apprehension with this purchase, but I'm willing to accept the breakage as a one off. All manufacturing has an expected reasonable percentage of manufacturing errors that may slip through QC and go out to the consumer. I understand that I could just be one of the unfortunate end users that fell into that very small percentile. That said, however, there is always the chance that the manufacturer has a serious quality control issue. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with this second purchase. Should something break prematurely again, I guess I'll have my answer and will update this review accordingly. For now I will say that this set looks really good, as they all do. The weight and feel in your hand is good. I especially like that there is a physical "slider switch" for the On-Off function. The other model I had was a pressure sensitive switch that was clunky and required too much pressure to operate. The external adjustment for the grinder head is a plus and so far works smoothly. You do, however, need to keep the grinder head cleaned, witch they did provide a little bush to do just that. All-in-all, this set is operating well, they look and feel great, and the price wasn't bad. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be to include a brighter led in future models as it just isn't that illuminating

These are way better than the others I’ve tried. They hold more salt and pepper, battery slots are better and aren’t exposed to corrosion like others. These are gravity fed, so you turn them over to use them. Salt and pepper comes out quickly so you’ll need to adjust while cooking. Nice quality and weight. Super easy to adjust coarseness. My only complaint is that not all the contents empty so you need to calculate the amount the next time you use them.

Works great so far. The pepper grinder stopped working despite having new batteries. After I played around with it and turned the grinder knob for finer pepper and re-screwed it back together tightly I haven’t had any issues with it since.

I live in Florida, was at Granddaughter's home visiting for a month and used these salt and pepper mill for a month. They are so nice because you use them one handed and still get mill size seasoning. After using for 2 weeks, I liked them so much I ordered a set for myself and had them delivered to my home in Florida. Well when I got home I opened them and they worked great for a few day and now one no matter what will not work. I changed batteries, purchase new batteries, nothing. It is too late to return for a new set, I was not home for 3 weeks after I purchased them. Sad but thinking probably will order a new set unless you can send me just one mill. Well worth the money, nice looking to sit on counter and again great to use while cooking. I highly recommend, any item can have a hick up.

I got these because of arthritis and thinking they are kind of heavy but for the amount of ease and they have a light. You do have to watch the salt but I put pink Himalayan in mine. Probably not the best idea but they are. They are good and easy for people to use

Absolutely love the salt and pepper grinder. Easy to use and love that they are rechargeable. A perfect addition to our kitchen.

I like the dial option to choose how finely I want my product ground. I haven’t had any issues with grinding it preforms nicely. The battery life is great, I use it several times a day and have only charged it once in a months time.
