I at times overeat spicy foods or pack in a sich a wide variety of foods that turn my stomach into a failing loab experiment. At times, these actions cause those equal and opposite reactions nown as gastric distress, heartburn or upset stomach. Take your pick. Pink stuff tastes funny, the white chalky stuff is even worse, baking soda and water is even worse to counteract this malady. Thats the beauty of these Sodium Bicarbonate pulls! Pop a couple with a bit of water to wash em down and you get rapid and effective relief from the overeating misery. I highly recommend this product....easily transported and easy to use as well as being very quick and effective remedy for heartburn.

I prefer the smoother capsule kind, but cost is a big factor, so these make a great alternative---just have plenty of water to get them down.
