Portacool Jetstream 220

The portacool has been great. They will not deliver unless you are home. Set up is easy, you just fill the reservoir with water or attach a high pressure hose. Plug it in, turn on the pump, and set the fan. We live in Louisiana and we have a large screened in porch. It has been up to 88-89 degrees and it works very well. I couldn’t have asked for better.

This was a great buy. I like to hangout in my garage but in the summer it’s so hot and since I got this Port A Cool it been nice and cool in my garage. A little pricy but worth the buy.

Great unit but the pump quit working after a few uses not sure if I can get just the pump looking into it

Im loving this. I wish I would have gotten a slightly larger model . But this def helps in cooling down my garage gym. This and 2 fans is a lifesaver trying to workout in 100 degree + weather that is very dry where I live. I do recommend this for the space of a 2 car garage. Mine is a large 3 car and I wish I would have bought the larger portacool.

I purchased one PortaCooler in May and it was delivered and works great. I ordered another one in June, 2020 and was out of town until the end of July so I didn't get to use it until after the 30 day period. I went to use it and the nipple was broken so I requested the part and received it. There was no way I can put the new nipple on the equipment. I tried to use the portaCool this weekend but the pump isn't working and I cannot repair the nipple myself. I would like to return this one or get the replacement parts but I cannot do that repair myself. Who can help me at PortACool?

Just got it today, right out of the box fan would not run it was pushed over to far and pinned against the housing had to take the front off loosen squirrel cage and slide it over wobbles a little (?) but runs fine now, float was stuck moved it, it too now works fine. I have it in my metal shop was already warm in there so I’ll see how it cools. All the issues are quality control Issues hope the company reads this, they need to step up a little. After all it is suppose to be made in America. One of the reasons I bought it. Update: 8-29-2020 This unit does not work as described said it would cool down about 10 degrees, (100 to 90) of course it has been extremely hot in West Texas, but said it would cool 700 sqf. maybe inches not feet. Now if you sit right in front of it its cool back up about 10 ft. not so much. I don’t expect it to cool like an AC, not even close. Needless to say I’m not impressed. Maybe a bigger on would be better I don’t know.

I don't have any idea what you meant by WARMTH and THICKNESS. That's why 1 star is given by me. I live in South Florida, and it gets very humid and hot. The evaporator does it's job. I wish I could afford the larger ones. Oh well
