Menopausal must have!!!! Or Deep South must have. Must use this only and with a fan on you to be alright. Cannot put another sheet or blanket over the top or you will get too hot.

These blankets are great if you are a hot sleeper or you struggle to regulate body temperature. They are also lightweight and pack small, so they are great for travel. I got one for myself, but ended up having to buy one for all of my friends and family so that they would stop taking mine.

This is so amazing. I wish I had it back in April. It is silky soft, not too thick and REALLY is cool to the touch.

I love this blanket and even bought another one for my hubby. It really does cool, sometimes too well.
