I have read up that Fulvic Acid helps to reduce fatigue and improves mental alertness. The taste is very strong as the base is asphalt (yes, the stuff they use on roads). I would recommend to take it as it is, dissolving it in water takes some time and you have to endure the taste for longer! I noticed after the 2nd week that my fatigue had reduced and after a month, my mental sharpness has certainly improved, especially after that 2pm slump! Its good stuff! Give it a go!

Not sure, started breaking out in spots , cleared up now, reassuringly tastes awful, bit of a morning flagpole , but might be the ginseng and zinc im taking , keep you posted

I have tried several different Shilajit products on the market. Most have had an "Earthy" taste, which obviously relflects the natural origin. This particular brand can only be described as a "burnt plastic" taste. It actually comes with a piece of paper to say that it that it has been tested by an independent herbal company. I might have this product independently tested out of pure curiosity. Remember..."If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck and eats like a duck...then it's probably a duck" 😉 (If it smells ..looks and tastes like burn plastic...!) Anyway, I won't be buying this product again and therefore can't really recommend it.

I have found this shilajit fantastic, my energy level has really improved and my concentration. I dissolve it in a cup of tea and it dissolves very quickly. Fantastic, I will be purchasing this product again soon

God knows if the podcast works as I've only been taking it a few days, but I had to come and say that the spoon is TERRIBLE. it's like a weird shaped flat curved at the edges thing with two marks that say 250 and 500, but because the stuff is so gloopy and the soon is so ill defined you really can't tell how much you're having. I'm going to try and standardise my dosage myself and do the maths when I finish the jar, but I shouldn't have to do that, the spoon needs to be a well defined scoop that you could flatten off or something

It's 100% good thing to useif ur at the age of 40 u will feel like age of 20 i was had body lazy body must of the time was not feeling well just because of no energy and I been used shilajit all the time even was in childhood if u go for good test u wont get good things thats work properly will get easy delivery too

It is double sealed and a measuring spoon is included. You should drink it in the morning either in hot water or milk so I decided to drink it in my coffee. The smell and taste ist unique/weird in the beginning but you get used to it. And it works. I have more energy and finally got rid of my sugar cravings. Just ordered my second jar.
