Sweet, Smoky, and Perfect for BBQ
I’ve tried a lot of BBQ rubs over the years, but Fire & Smoke Society Sweet Preacher BBQ Rub has quickly become one of my favorites. The balance of sweet and savory is spot on. It has a rich brown sugar sweetness up front, followed by a nice blend of spices that gives the meat a deep, smoky BBQ flavor without being overpowering. I’ve used it on ribs, chicken, and even pork shoulder, and every time the results were fantastic. It creates a beautiful bark when smoking and caramelizes nicely on the grill. What I really appreciate is that it enhances the natural flavor of the meat rather than masking it. Another big plus is that it’s versatile. It works great as a dry rub, but I’ve also sprinkled a little on roasted vegetables and even popcorn for a sweet-savory kick. If you enjoy BBQ with a perfect balance of sweetness and spice, this rub is absolutely worth trying. I’ll definitely be keeping this stocked in my pantry.

Not overly sweet. It’s a solid pork rub.
I’ve been bouncing from rub to rub trying to find one that the whole family likes. This is the one. It’s not spicy like others that we have tried. Smokey flavor with a hint of sweet.

You Need To Try This Rub!
Dry rubs are what I prefer to use because they give great flavor without overpowering the flavor of the meat. This one is so good! It’s got some heat and some sweetness which is exactly what I wanted. So far I’ve sprinkled it on pulled pork and even tried it on plain potato chips. I haven’t used it on ribs yet though. Looking forward to trying it on chicken too. This stuff is my new favorite rub.
