I took starter dose about 9 pm last night. Morning dose at 6:30 am and third dose at 1 pm. My pain is controlled. I have been taking Ibuprofen in am Tylenol 500 at noon and bedtime and Ibuprofen at bedtime. Also Osteocondrial med twice. I am very comfortable without anything but the Amica. Additional entry on April 11, 2026: I reordered this product as I am now almost pain free. I take 4 in the morning and 3 in the early evening. No longer take Tylenol or Ibuprofen but am still taking the Oserocondrial medication.

I was given this after a cosmetic procedure. I ran out so I ordered more. I did not have bruising, just swelling and some minor pain. I was mainly taking for swelling but I don't know if it did anything or if I hadn't taken would the result be the same. ??

Our family loves Arnica! If you already use homeopathics, then you'll know how to take the Arnica. I take blood thinner because of heart issues, so I can't take Advil. Tylenol doesn't do much for my pain, so I was so happy to find that Arnica is safe to use and it actually helps. It is my go-to for aches and pains and sickness. Highly recommend.

Staple in our medicine cabinet & bag. This was recommended me by a family member for a headache alternative that was also pregnancy friendly. It is not as strong or quick working BUT I still found it to provide relief and would recommend.
