This is good for mental clarity and energy for sure. It is essentially a high dose of B vitamins plus a few other goodies. I have previously had the vitamin B injection which lasted me two or three months, I would rate this as similar but with the added bonus of reducing the dose if required without having to wait to get it out of your system over a few months.

I have been hearing so much about this product being able to help with tinnitus so I decided to try it. unfortunately, I have since had to stop as I found my skin was getting incredibly itchy.
