Great product!
Had to get this to help with sleeping. I loved it because it helped me to stay asleep throughout the night and my husband slept like a baby. No side effects. I felt very rested. I recommend this if you suffer from unable to sleep.

This works!!
I have been using this supplement for not quite 2 months. For me, this is a game changer. I already see a difference in the way I look, and how my pants fit! I bought a bottle and gave it to a friend and she is excited to see what it will do for her. Definitely will keep taking it!!!

It takes time to see results. It is working for me and I am 69yrs old
I just purchased this for the second time. I read reviews from a lot of people before i purchased. So far it works for me. I believe little by little I am actually losing fat. I have lost 2 inches and maintained my weight. I sleep better. I never had pain, so I can't relate to that. Great price. Too bad its made in China. USA needs to make this product

Quality control not good
The product itself was approved by my naturopath but she increased the dosage to 4 capsule a day for effectiveness. My only complaint is that EVERY SINGLE CAPSULE in the bottle was not 100% full. See my picture. I was disappointed due to the price point I expected better quality control.

This supplement continues to work wonders for me seemingly. The L-theanine and ashwagandha together have significantly improved my ability to relax, which makes it easier for me to wind down after a long day. Incorporating vitamins C and D3 improves my mood in addition to strengthening my immune system. I am confident in the integrity of this supplement because it is vegan and devoid of common allergies. It is a good value and reasonably priced, with 120 capsules for a 60-day supply. I've made this supplement a mainstay of my health routine and heartily endorse it to anybody looking for all-natural stress relief.

Not worth it!
Really liked these in the beginning, feel like they helped me sleep. But....after a month or so in they started to cause me terrible body aches at night. Whole body felt like a toothache. Stopped them and never happened again! Def NOT worth it.
