This warmer works so well, I can’t believe I have gotten along this far without it. It keeps coffee at the right temperature for drinking and I have said goodbye to coffee in a cup that cools off until I stuck it in the microwave. Great price and it does the job! I would recommend.

Wow, does the plate get hot! And it stays hot when it's on, whether or not there's anything on the plate, so don't walk away from it. I'm sure it would melt candles, not just warm them—which, if you look into the danger of the fragrance you might just stop burning scented candles anyway. Just simmer a stick of cinnamon and some cloves on your stove. All natural and no harm. Or! You could put half a cinnamon stick and a couple of cloves in water in a ceramic mug on this warmer thing and keep it natural. Same with orange or lemon peels. Having said that, I'm keeping this and happily using it because it does what I want it to do: keeps my beverage nice and hot. I tried using my stainless steel mug but it didn't seem to work well. My ceramic mugs work perfectly. The infrared thermometer says my tea is 133 degrees F. I really really like this warmer! Allows me to leisurely sip my coffee and each sip is the right temperature. I marked the on/off switch with a sharpie; the warmer has a small red light that you might not notice if it's turned away from view.

I considered several options to keep my coffee hot while I am working, and I am very happy I decided on this warmer plate. It has no extras, just a toggle switch to turn it off and on. This switch was not labeled, but a Sharpie marker fixed that. Even without a label, it is clear when it is on because the red light comes on. The temperature cannot be adjusted, but it keeps my coffee hot without causing it to taste burnt or becoming dangerously hot. The bottom of my coffee cup DOES get very hot! This is to be expected, but if you are used to touching the bottom of your mug, you could be burned. I did use a trivet under the warmer plate because the bottom of it does get pretty hot. For my purposes (hot coffee) this was exactly what I wanted. I have been using it for about 1 month with no problems.

This mug warmer doesn't really have any special features. But for the low price, it does what it's supposed to do pretty well. It only has one temp setting, and while I can't tell you what it is off the top of my head, it's sufficiently warm enough to keep my coffee steaming for hours. It also looks nice - I like the bronze color and the single LED showing it's on. I originally got this for work, but when I discovered the cord wasn't long enough for my office setup, I decided to use it at home instead of returning it. It gets the job done. One thing: On a professional level, the packaging and text isn't very good. The box said "coffer" instead of "coffee" in several places, and the warmer itself says something about closing after use right on top, when there's no lid or anything to "close". I'd suggest they outsource their copy for a better image and less potential confusion for customers, but the product itself seems to work pretty good.

Does its job perfectly. The ONLY thing is there is no auto shut off. I’m forgetful. Inexpensive and looks nice. It’s wonderful have hot coffee in my cup the whole morning!

I’m happy with this mug warmer. I got it for keeping my hot drinks hot at my desk- and it does the job well. The temperature is just right. Not lukewarm. It keeps the drink hot but not scalding. I do like to use a silicone lid for my mug in the winter. The bottom of the mug gets pretty hot so I’d advise to use a coaster if you plan to set it down on other surfaces. The glass mug I use is thick, single-walled, and it’s safe to heat up so I have no worries keeping it on the hot surface for an hour. The cord could be longer though but I made it work.

In the morning i brew a Classic Roast coffee pod but that's too strong by the single serve mug so.... I I brew the pod as directed, and then i brew another cup with the same coffee pod so i get the flavor of coffee i like. Now i have 2 cups and this warning pad fits the 2 cup coffee carafe from my regular new coffee machine that was obsoleted by my pod brew. It takes me all morning to drink my coffee because i use my morning for work: I'm a research editor so I'm reading and not drinking my coffee. This warmer keeps my hot forever. The surface is completely flat and flush. There is no auto shut off that's I've seen happen. I love the easy on off click switch and the placement close to the warmer is convenient. It had a nice cord length and it's a really soft flexible cord. The in light is a gentle orange but i would have liked a more obvious light so if i do forget to turn it off i SEE it's still on. Being able to just freshen my cup with nice hot coffee right there by my chair is a luxury and i appreciate it every morning. It's actually worth buying a 2 cup coffee machine just to get the 2 cup glass pot.
