Beautiful frame

Stunning frame
The frame looks amazing! The first time I received it with the glass broken and I was ready to return it when I saw that is writing to don't return anything damaged and to contact the seller. I contacted the seller and I received a replacement of the glass but requested to be a perspex sheet. I received it nicely and in time for my painting to be in it. It added a bit of spice to my painting. 😊

Perfect! Protected from scratches when packed
Absolutely spot on. Exactly as advertised. Size is perfect. Packed in such a way that the ornate bits on the frame were protected during delivery, and both sides of the glass / plastic were protected from scratches with film. Jonny from Dundalk, Ireland 😊

Over pricex
Over priced and not well made - no attempt to match the moulding on each corner. Gaps at each corner.

Excellent customer service
Lovely frame and great customer service - ours arrived with a damaged glass pane (not the seller's fault) and they sent out r a replacement fast and free after responding quickly to my message. Very happy 😊

Lovely frame but corner joins don’t match
This is the third one of these that I have bought and I do love it. I have noticed that the corners don’t marry up correctly on the pattern which is a shame considering the price of almost £50 per frame but otherwise it looks fab. I still would have bought it as it matches the others and they have been up on the wall for 3 years and nobody had noticed that before. I am not sending it back but if you are piccy worth noting.

Das Rahmen ist wirklich schön verarbeitet und hält was er verspricht. Ich persönlich habe ihn selbst noch mit etwas goldenem Lack nachgepinselt um den Effekt noch mehr zu verstärken.
