I had struggled to get the aerator of my kitchen tap. I tried all the tools I had to hand and resulting to other methods that I found on youtube. Nothing would release it. I was determined to get this thing off. I was about to order some jar gripper pads as that was also mentioned and then I found this. This done exactly what I needed it to do within seconds. Great tool! And ultimately stopped me going insane.

it works well

This is just great for removing the tap outlet without damaging it using normal spanners or adjustable wrench. This allows you you to take off the tap outlet to descale and clean. My only moan is the small opening is so small I can't see ant taps that would fit, and would have preferred a larger opening as the spanner does not fit our bath tap.

Brilliant - made it so easy to change the old blocked filter on our taps. Much better than faffing with a spanner which was too big and cumbersome in the small space in the sink. Very cheap solution arrived next day. Thank you!

Problem adjusting even though was right size After time the adjusting tool seems to ware out. Especially the horizontal edges.

This was perfect for removing the aerator from my kitchen tap as it hadn’t worked properly since it was fitted by Dino Rod engineer. I found it was clogged up with a load of silicon and as I couldn’t get it cleared I’ve ordered a new one from Amazon.

Easy to use. Malleable but not as malleable as plastic. So unless your aerator is cemented into place, you should be just fine. Mine came off easily using the tool (That is after I started twisting it the right way round…😬).
