Wolf X Power Cloth/Sand FILLED Bag Boxing MMA Training Fitness 5-60kg (Blue)

I was a little nervous due to the price being low in comparison to other makes, but the reviews seemed good. Within 5 minutes of ordering I had a call from the seller saying they did not have the colour I wanted, and would I be okay with another one. Which was great service, and I went with Black. It arrived fast and is a beast of a sandbag. Very stable and solid. I do a range of exercises with it, and it has held up well. A good range of handles means you should be able to do a wide range of exercises with it. The only one I don't do is the punch swing, as I think that will test the seems on most sandbags at this weight.

Although not used often this is a very good training bag

The wrong colour was delivered. I purposely ordered blue as I wanted to use for my sport class when sparring with the blue being au and red being aka but I received black instead. As I wanted to use on the weekend class I haven't been able to return and now nor do I want to bother to go through the hassle. Very unfortunate as the product itself is very nice.

I used a weighted bag a few months ago at a gym, and since then I intended to get one, just to mix up my training. I opted for the empty bag and went to B&Q and bought a 20kg bag of sand. Was much cheaper that way than buying the bag with weight already in it. I wrapped the bag of sand in a bin bag, then an old towel, and used two small towels, one at either end, just to add a bit of padding. The whole thing eased snugly into the bag - needed a bit of patience and a lot of wiggling, but a pretty good fit. 20kg seems to be about right for me. If you wanted to add more weight, it could be tricky as there is maybe enough room for another 5kg of sand. I use traditional bars and dumbells for weights. This I use for plyometric and endurance stuff. After doing a session of jump squats, clean & presses and some other various lifts, I still ache 3 days later. So I am very happy it is fulfilling a purpose. If you are looking to combine strength and cardio training as a way to increase fitness, then I would recommend getting one of these. The bag itself seems sturdy enough, has enough handles in the right locations, and delivery was fast. I ordered one morning at 6.30 and I received an email at 9.30 to say it had been despatched. Only took a few days to reach me, and that was over Christmas.

Great piece of kit, cant fault it.

Using this bag myself and for clients and it is robust enough to take a fair beating. Feels solid when being thrown around though I am only using it for core work.. Really impressed with the speed of delivery too.

I have four of these sand bags. From my perspective they are really good for three reasons: firstly they have an excellent selection of grips, secondly the bags are tightly packed they aren't loose, and finally they seem pretty durable. I bought my first one several years ago and it's still in decent condition.

After three weeks the handle fell off.... Poor stitching
