Sturdy, good quality
This is a sturdy tempering pan that does the job well. It's sufficiently large and features a riveted handle that doesn't heat up with the pan. The pan, on the other hand, heats up quickly and evenly. It should hopefully survive a couple of years of moderate to heavy use. Additionally, the shape of the handle provides support to the pan when placed on a flat stove top.

Sturdy tadka pan
Best tadka pan i have ever bought. Very durable and high quality steal. Price point is also not high. Ideal size for every day cooking.

Good quality, but too small
It’s well built, but it’s just too small for my needs. If you plan to use it for a two serving dal with tadka, it will probably be great. For a 6 serving pot, it’s not big enough. Also, it took a long time for this to ship.

We shifted from ceramic non stick to stainless steel cookware and this one helps for Tadkas or frying small items. Good quality and weight. Best price

Excellent quality! I am very happy with this tadka pan, finally, I have bought a quality product. One thing to note, it does not work with induction, only because the base it too small to be recognized by the induction coils. I did the magnet test and while it is truly steel and induction ready, the base is just too small. I am going to enjoy using this for temperings for daals, chutneys, instead of using a small pan and mustard seeds jumping everywhere!
