It's a little more expensive but I trust that it comes from where they say it does and it's organic /non gmo where other strawberry organic powders say they are harvested from like Ukraine then I got the powder and it said it was distributed in USA but then it said from China even though organic /non gmo I only hoped that it was a clean product . This powder I believe is a clean organic /non gmo and is harvested at an organic farm like they claim and it's good to. I don't want to be using a questionable toxic pesticide strawberry powder for sure can you dig it. So I am sticking with Jungle Powders for now on.

The good new is it tastes like strawberries. Bad news-it doesn’t dissolve. It’s chunky. I can’t use it for what I wanted, so I’ll be eating the chunks like candy. REALLY expensive candy.

This is powder is of exceptional quality, and the strawberry taste is natural and pronounced. It has clumps, so sifting or running it through a food processor is a must; sifting does get rid of some seed pieces. I used it to make a batch of cupcakes, and the taste was lovely with a nice texture; I did not any fresh strawberries to my recipe. Because this has no dye in it, the batter was more pink, so I added color. This powder would also be great in frosting recipes. I used a half cup in my batter, and there's enough for two more recipes, so this is a great value that saves a lot of work and time. I highly recommend it.

I make up cookies every week and always want to do some type of variety. This strawberry powder is perfect. I mixed it in with my sugar cookie dough and loved the nice fresh strawberry flavor it added to them. Wish pack was larger so I could use more than once.

Mine arrived a little clumpy, but that’s expected with natural products like this. I just froze the bag for a few hours and lightly crushed it with a mallet. Quick fix, and totally worth it for such a clean and delicious ingredient! 100% organic, loving it !!!
