Great cooking spray for the air fryer
My go to oil now for my air fryer. I don't taste the oil and it is effective in the air frying process for my chicken and shrimp. I've not used for actual cooking, but I can't imagine it would be much different.

Great for air fryer cooking.
Our son and his girlfriend used this and told us about it, we ordered it and it arrived shortly after we got back home. We cooked many foods with it and liked the way it cooked without smoking.

It’s one of my favorite oils to use! Goes with anything you cook, fry or bake
No taste so doesn’t interfere with flavor of food and high heat ability. It’s also very healthy

I am using a healthy choice
I certainly can’t prove the health benefits, but with all the questions concerning seed oils I feel very comfortable and confident I made the right choice. The containers great giving the right amount to my skillet. There is no smell, and no added taste. I will continue to use this product with confidence.

Not as advertised
I specifically ordered this as a "PAM" spray substitute. I am a cancer patient and have fibromyalgia. I was excited to see what I thought was going to be a healthy alternative. This is nothing more than sunflower oil! Note: Sunflower oil can contribute to inflammation when consumed in excess and should be used in moderation. I would NOT have purchased this if I had known it indeed was not "algae oil" but sunflower oil.**BUYERS BEWARE**

Works AMAZING!
This is the best oil for cooking anything on a skillet that would generally smoke-up the house. Steaks, pork chops, beacon, salmon, all drill perfectly with just a few light sprays. Zero smoke. Did not notice any added taste which is great. Where has this been all my life?
