Perfect for candies, soups, sauces, coffee roasting, and much much more! The kit comes with a digital thermometer, an adapter unit, and adhesive, and takes just 1 minute to upgrade. The probe is held tight to allow for height adjustment of the thermometer to ensure you are measuring the liquid temperature and not the pot temperature. Note: StirMATE Smart Pot Stirrer not included. Note: Please adjust the thermometer to sit high enough to avoid excessive steam from hitting the digital thermometer body. The Thermometer will reach a maximum depth of 5.5" into the pot.
