These are incredibly good value at full price and even more so with discount which brought it down to £2.20 per month for 50GB of data, reset each month for another 50GB. Even if you buy a 4G/LTE or 5G router it is still cheaper than most cable Internet costs. I use these in my Android tablets (which are 4G) and a 5G home router to work as a second network for my cctv, video doorbell and IoT. They work well and it really is just a matter of putting it in the sim card slot and turning on. There is no text or voice capability which means no spam, and when Google tries to set up messages it can't. That for me is very satisfying albeit a childish conquest.

Arrived 4 hours after ordering. Worked straight away in 5g router. Got 100mbps even with fairly weak 5g signal. Great value.

I am currently using one of these as the data sim providing wifi in my car. No setup required and it worked straight out of the pack. Is a standard three branded sim inside the outer packaging. I've not had any issues with speed or connectivity but it doesn't get particularly stressed in my application. Fantastic value for money though with the monthly data for such a long period of time.

Was easy to setup and use. Popped the SIM into my MiFi and away it went. It’s very cheap and equates to about 5p per day for 25gb per month. But 2 things to bear in mind are: i) Unless your device keeps track of data usage itself there is no way of checking how much data you have used or have left. Scancom can’t tell and you can’t register the SIM with 3. Be careful. ii) So far my testing has indicated that the connection is slow. My old consumer 3 SIM gave me about 8-9mbs down and 2-3mbs up when used in my living room. Putting in the new SIM and using it in the same way in the same place gave 3-4mbs down and 0.5-1 up. Not sure what business grade data is but to me it’s about half the speed of consumer grade(!) Buyer beware but is should be good enough for me in my campervan to stream TV cheaply on the move. UPDATE First time out in the campervan ‘in anger’ and the proof of the pudding is, as they say, in the eating. I basically cannot recommend this to anyone and have changed to 1 star. Yes it’s cheap but it’s basically useless for anything other than checking email and sending WhatsApp’s. There is no way it can be used for streaming video or updating phone apps. It’s too slow. Way too slow. Streaming will start but within a few seconds it either freezes or starts buffering and never comes back. Anything requiring any form of half decent connection speeds seems to fail or feels like it’s an old dial up connection. I appreciate this is a business type SIM / deal but it does not offer the sort of basic speeds I’d expect. 1.5mbs if you are lucky and with plenty of lag. Nice idea but sadly £50 badly spent.

Great idea and worked well. My only criticism is the inability to create a normal account to use this with, so it's a bit of an unknown around how much data you've actually used unless you manage to use a MiFI's built in data log. Setup was really easy and connectivity in my area is really good so impressed with the speeds I'm getting.

This is the 2nd time I have bought one of these SIM cards. I’ve used them for internet access for security cameras. Just installed the sim into my mobile WiFi, switched it on & within a few seconds it had connected to the Mobile Network. I have great connectivity with my cameras & the speed is very good. These SIM cards are brilliant if you’re moving home & need internet access while you are waiting for regular internet provider to go live in your new home. You can pick a sim with the amount of Data you require & also choose the length of time you need. The best thing is there’s no lengthy Contract! I found that there’s all different sims to buy & on different networks you just pick the one you want, pay for it & you usually have it delivered the next day. Highly recommended.

Used as second sim in handset for data. Ideal if main sim has poor coverage where you might be and larger downloads.
