Good Calcium
Liposomal Calcium is apparently a preferred form of calcium because it is housed inside very tiny, fat-like particles which are easier for the body to absorb. That was why I chose this product. The pills are soft, tasteless, and easy to swallow. 1500 mg. was recommended by my oncologist, so this meets all my requirements for a calcium supplement. I am satisfied with this product so far, and hope it helps prevent bone loss.

Wanted calcium that is more easily absorbed...and much smaller in size to take. It was more costly but worth it.
