What type of memory card do I need?

There are two size memory cards, the larger one named SD card, the small size named MicroSD card or TF Card, this camera takes MicroSD card, supporting from 32GB to 128GB. Recommend to use wellknown brand high speed MicroSD card.

How would I transfer videos from the camera to another device like my phone or laptop?

Connect the camera to your laptop with the USB cable, select 'Mass storage mode', then you can transfer the photo and videos files, or you can buy a MicroSD card reader with multi-interface which compatible with both laptop and your smartphone.

What is the recording time?

When connect to the creator tripod, the recording time is approxmetly 2-3 hours when full charge, because there is a power bank inside the tripod. Without the tripod, the recording time is about 30-60min per battery according to the camera usage.

How to insert the card and battery?

Push the MicroSD card into the card slot in the correct direction until you hear a click sound, means the card installed. If want to remove the card, just push again the card to the end until you hear a click sound, the card will pop out.
