Makes a delicious spritz with a cherry flavour. A pleasant chnage from Aperol. In the absence of prosecco, it goes well with tonic.

High sugars, 11g of sugar per 100ml imagine that, something that is supposed to be more sour and less sweet is actually sour cherry tasting with the unhealthy sugar content. It is weird because more sour usually means less sugar. They can make it sour without actually adding that much sugar by adding more malic acid, and use Stevia without the excess sugar. This will fix it and make it proper sour, as this is meant to be as a mixer and not drunk alone. The reason people don't like this and say it's too sour is because they are pouring too much of it, or using it alone over ice. This isn't the way to drink it. Use it as a mixer and don't put in too much. Quality is good, texture is fairly runny syrupy like cough medicine but more on the runny side, a bit sticky, but value for money maybe be better off at 6 quid because of the higher sugar content which puts me off from buying, fix that and I'll buy again. I did order 2, but that was after I found out about the sugar content. Does not display the content or nutritional information on the bottle, that itself is telling. But I gave 4 stars because it is kinda tasty when mixing it, still nothing beats my fav Coffee rum with well....coffee.

For me, this is the best of the Sourz range however, you may prefer another of these excellent drinks. Cherry Sourz is quite sweet but it's perfectly balanced by the sour element.. and it's quite sticky but otherwise delicious.
