A novelty for me that works
I found it hassle free to start using these 3D glasses even if I had zero previous experience in home 3D. It makes comparing it to other alternatives impossible so I will just give it my personal opinion as a newby here. Glasses are quite massive in comparison with prescription or IMAX 3G glasses but this was expected. After taking them from packaging I let them charge till full (the amber light went off) and it only took 20 minutes for it. Next step was to start Resistance 3 (one of the few titles I have that support 3D), press power button on glasses, enable 3D support in game option and here I go. I'm using Sony Bravia KDL55EX720 that came with automatic 3D source detection turned on so there was no need to go and change any setting on TV. I must say that you need to get used to it or it might be my personal issue (one of my glasses is quite weaker then the other). It was different from Cinema 3D in that it required for me to "work" to get a proper feeling for the depth. After that if was flawless. I didn'nt notice any artifacts or rainbowing, etc. The only downside is that picture in 3D is a lot darker so I need to crank backlight brightness a lot. And then set it back for non 3D... And again... The bottom line is that I am happy with the whole experience and might consider buying a second pair. The only annoyance with picture brightness might not be that big of a deal for other TV model.

Recgargeable Sony 3D Glasses
Good product and cheaper on Amazon than from the Sony Centre, where I made my original purchase. I only had one pair of glasses which came with my Vaio Sony Bravia Laptop. They take a new battery each time they run out of power. These new ones worked as they should and only take a few minutes to charge. I would recommend this product as they are cheaper to buy and cheap to run, with no difference in performance. They are quite comfortable as well.

Decent Product
Purchased these glasses on the back of a recent Sony Bravia TV purchase. To be honest 3D doesn't seem to be that well developed for home entertainment yet but what limited programmes are available these glasses do the job. Clear and sharp picture, easy to use and charge and although after a while you can feel a mark on your nose forming through wearing the product they are not that heavy that it gets to uncomfortable. As a bonus point for these glasses after being launched through the air and walked over a few times by my 2 year old son, who seems to find them regadless of where I store them, they are still in excellent working condition.

Very Impressed
I recently bought a new sony Smart Tv with 3D so I had to buy the glasses to get the full experience (and value for money with my new monster tv!) I was most impressed with the glasses. OK so they make you look like a deep sea diver, but once you start watching the film you forget all about them as they are so lightweight. We only had the one film at the time of purchase, which was Tin Tin and we were all in awe of the high quality of the 3D images. Overall a good price for the technology you are getting so no complaints.

Sony TDGBR250
These are good Glasses but they are not comfortable to wear they tend to hurt and irritated after about a Hour and are too tight which can't be adjusted they need pads on the ear section. They are not good for people who wear glasses they are uncomfortable. For people who wear Glasses I would suggest Sony TDGBR750 Titanium Active 3D Glasses

Brilliant product
I bought a Sony KDL40EX723BU from Amazon at a bargain £499 earlier this summer and have just decided to buy 2 sets of these glasses to be able to use the 3D feature on my TV. The effect is simply stunning, i cant recommend these highly enough. I changed my Sky HD subscription just last night so we could get access to the 3D content and its well worth the extra £8 per month they are charging me for SKY 3D and the movie pack. The Sony KDL40EX723BU TV is situated on our bedroom wall but i'm that impressed at the 3D effect i'm thinking of changing it with the TV downstairs in the lounge and ordering another 2 pairs of these for our 2 kids, the 2 of them have now taken over our bedroom! The 3D effect is similar to Imax at the cinema which is incredible in the home. Highly recommended!

Sony TDG BR250
Only ever been to the cinema and used their 3D glasses until I bought my Sony 52HX903 recently. All I can say is they work superbly and last a long time between charges. In fact, I have been using them most days for a couple of months and still not had to charge them, when you do they just plug in to a USB port. I used my PS3 to top up charge them originally as they came already charged although you can use a PC/laptop etc. They come with a fabric pouch to keep them in and a USB cable, I find them quite comfortable to wear.

Great! I love my TV but not happy at ...
Beware, although description states this is compatible with all Sony Bravia TVs, it isn't! We own 55W829BBU model I just confirmed with Sony, it is not compatible with any of the newer models i.e. 2013 or 2014 models since although active 3D, it uses different technology. So, do not buy if you own newer TV! I am afraid you will have to pay for far more expensive glasses which will last you only 3 years since battery can't be replaced. I am fuming with Sonysince had I known this (and it wasn't in product spec), I would have purchased different TV. This way, for family of 4 I will have to spend £200 every 3 years for new glasses. Great! I love my TV but not happy at all.

Works great. I use it with a 2011 sony 3d tv (55ex723) battery last long and the 3d image is really good.
