So I’ve heard that the small tears are actually harder to chew, is that true? Also is this all hard tears, I hate the ones that stick to my teeth

Yes, I'm finding that the small tears are much harder to chew. The bigger bag is all small, hard tears. I first ordered the smaller bag to test this product out and it was an assortment of large and small tears. There would be some softer tears that stick to your teeth that I would have to throw away, but I definitely liked the assortment better. The smaller ones I almost can barely chew at times.

This is a 100% pure mastic gum!

how to you take this?

I chew it like gum, because the consistency is similar. Instead of just chewing and then spitting them out, it is better to swallow them to acquire the good properties of the Mastic. They are rather tacky, so if one has dental work, be cautious when chewing (the smaller "tears" are easier to chew). The taste is rather "pine-like." Hope this helps....

can mastic gum be put in water and drank?

You can, but it will not dissolve in water. They are hard resin pellets. Your best bet is to chew them like gum. If you want to swallow them to take internally, I would suggest getting the very small ones so you can take them like a pill (as they don't really reduce down just by chewing them). Hope this helps!
