Is this tea tree oil cut with some other kind of oil, it is far weaker than others i've used?

Actually, it is false information to say that if there are additional ingredients added, they have to list those ingredients on the bottle. Essential oils are not regulated and essential oil companies are not required to list all ingredients in the bottle (I actually read a "100% pure" label that listed multiple ingredients and even add with "ect." - like what?!). Bottles only need to contain a small percentage of essential oil in order to be labeled "100% pure essential oil". This company says they have their oils tested by a separate lab. You should be able to ask them to see the GC-MS report for this particular oil. If they don't offer it, they are not being transparent. Also, when looking at all of their oils, they are very similar in price which is questionable because different oils require different extraction techniques and amount of the plant needed to create a bottle of oil. Find a company that is fully transparent about their farms, extraction techniques and testing results if quality is important to you. Good luck!

Can the oil be stored with the dropper in place? or should i replace with the regular cap it came with?

If pure oil, the rubber top (that you squeeze) will start to disintegrate and fall a part. If this is not a our oil, it will be just fine over time.

Is the tea tree oil 100% melaleuca alternifolia? the "ingredients" may say "tea tree oil" but it may not be melaleuca alternifolia. what is this?

Yes it is 100% the label says it’s from the Australian Melaleuca alternifolia tree.

Will this work in cold process soap?

Yes. It is versatile. It just needs a "carrier", and your soap will work well.

Lemongrass smells SO fresh and clean!

We had put our house up for sale and I wasn’t going to bake a pie or have a candle lit unsupervised. I put 2 drops of this oil in each toilet as well as a 2 drops in a vent on each floor and the house smelled wonderful for hours! This would also be great in a room diffuser as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE the Lemongrass oil!

Lemongrass Like a Vacation Spa

I love the size and cost the best for this. I purchased for use in my tub. Very fragrant smell and works great in the tub. The lemongrass scent reminds me of a spa on vacation. Highly recommend especially for the value!
