| Recommended Uses For Product | 1.Clean surfaces with isopropyl alcohol to remove contaminants. Ensure complete dryness before application. 2. Apply a thin layer (0.1-0.3mm) with non-abrasive tools. Cover interfaces fully without overfilling. 3.Coat rubber gaskets before assembly. Press gently to form a watertight seal. 4. Apply to components below 200°C. Allow 5 minutes curing before power-on. 5.Fully coat interfaces between metals (e.g., aluminum-copper) to prevent galvanic corrosion. 6.Avoid mixing with conductive grease to prevent insulation failure.Store in cool, dark place (5°C~30°C). Essential for Protecting Electrical Connections!
BTAS Dielectric Grease is a must-have for anyone working with electrical components. It’s thick, high-quality, and spreads easily, creating a reliable barrier against moisture, corrosion, and dirt. I’ve used it on car battery terminals, spark plug boots, and other connectors, and it keeps everything running smoothly without any risk of damage. It’s non conductive, easy to apply, and the tube makes dispensing clean and simple. If you want long-lasting protection for your electrical connections, BTAS Dielectric Grease is the way to go.

Great product
I was skeptical that this would make plugging my car tender 2 connection points together but it's exactly what I needed. I no longer struggle getting it connected or disconnected. Works like magic!

Dielectric Connections
Tube a little small for the price, but works great for all my electrical connections on my 68 VW.

Used for coax connectors on towers
I bought these to fill coax connectors on towers. Dielectric grease is used to fill gaps in connections where moisture can still penetrate coax seals. These are small enough to fit one in a pouch. They also have a small dispensing hole in the tip which works well. Two pack is an excellent value as well.

Specialty Lube.
Dielectric grease, to me, is a must have for every DIY mechanic. Seals the rubber seals on all your automotive lights and helps prevent your spark plug wires from sticking to your spark plugs. BTAS is nice and thick, applies easily, and lubricates the surface well. Meanwhile, the smaller container size fits in my little parts tray! Great product.

Good tube of dielectric grease
Nice container of dielectric grease. Easier to use than the older metal tubes that crack and split.
