Works as Advertised - no issues
Works as advertised. Put key fob in box, take it out to vehicle, try to open door with touch on door handle, no response from vehicle. Pop open the latch, it still doesn't respond. Not sure why some others are reporting issues, but mine is rock solid. Peace of mind that no one can hijack my key fob wirelessly at my house. First 2 key FOBs with 1 also having house keys on them, cell phone, wallet with some room to spare (medium sized box) Only negative to report - the packaging was a hassle to get off. Very tight, hard to rip plastic and then a foam wrap underneath that. Other than clamshell packaging, probably the hardest item I have ever had to unwrap! LOL

🚗🔒 Peace of Mind & Stylish Protection! 🛡️✨
The Samfolk Faraday Box with Faraday Bags is an excellent investment for anyone looking to protect their car from keyless entry theft. The box is well-made, sturdy, and looks great on a countertop—more stylish than I expected! It holds multiple keys comfortably and completely blocks signals, just as advertised. The included Faraday bags are a great bonus—perfect for carrying spare keys or keeping one in your bag or car when needed. I’ve tested the keys inside both the box and the bags, and they completely block all signals. My car doesn’t detect the key at all, even when I’m standing right next to it! I feel so much safer now knowing my car is secure, especially at night or in public parking lots. If you're serious about protecting your vehicle from potential theft, this is a smart, affordable, and effective solution. Highly recommend!

Get this one!
A lot of comments say the same thing which made me skeptical. It works. Straight to voicemail (phone in box). I got it for my mercedes key fob at work and home because it has killed 6 batteries in 3 months. Durable -solid. No lock but not necessary.

Blocks the fobs signal, but has delicate interior
I got the large sized one and it comfortably fits 4 key fobs. (You could pile up probably 4 more but I don’t want to dig for the fob I’m looking for). The lock easily closes and makes it so you know the box is properly closed. I tested the box by trying to open my car door with the fobs inside the box and it actually worked. The car didn’t detect the fobs so I know my cars are protected when the fobs are inside the box. However, the inside of the box seems to get dirty/stained easily, so make sure your hands are clean, dry, and try to avoid touching the inside walls of the box if you wish to keep it looking brand new.

Quality box that works
This little box is supposed to lock out my key fob signal to my car. I don't drive much anymore, my car battery died, and the mechanic said it is possible the key fob signal was slowly draining the battery even when the car is off. I had no idea a little fob could run down a battery and research says it can. So, I took the mechanics advice and bought this Faraday box. To test it out I put the fob key in the box and took the box out to the car to see if the signal would unlock the car. I tried to door handle and ... no signal. The box works as advertise. Have not tried the key pouch yet, but I am sure it works too.

Works, good Size!
Good size fits my keys to multiple vehicles, I put my keys on the box closed it, car wouldn't respond, opened it, car unlocked so it truly blocks key signal, great for theft protection

Great for keeping car keys safe from signal boosters
I use these to keep the signal from my car keys from being hijacked to open my car remotely. Both the pouches and the box work, but the box only works if I click its latch completely closed, which is only a minor inconvenience.

Only a "muffler" on its own. Needs the pouch for true security.
This box ALONE only muffles the signal. It doesn't block the signal. At least not with AirTag and AirPods Pro 3. You MUST put the items inside of the pouch AND THEN place it inside the box for it to 100% blocks the signal. As for key fob signal, yes if u put the fob in the box and hold the box next to the car, your car won't unlock, but that's because it muffles the signal to the point your car ignores the signal (cars are designed to ignore weak key fob signal as a security measure.) but I tried with an signal amplifier, I was still able to grab onto the signal from the fob. The only way it worked (blocking enough signal when the amplifier can't grab onto that signal) is when I put the key fob in the pouch, and put the pouch in the box. Same as with the AirTag 1 and AirPods Pro 3. When I put the AirTag 1 and AirPods Pro 3 in the box without the pouch, the iPhone won't be able to pick up any signal until I placing the iPhone directly on top of the box. And then I'll be able to find them and make them ring (signal was strong enough to send packets via bluetooth to make the devices ring.) So.... yea. Extra step to get it to a true faraday box. ----- This box ALONE does not block signals; it only "muffles" them. If you put an AirTag or AirPods in the box without the included pouch, my iPhone could still find them and even make them ring when I placed the phone directly on top of the lid. If a Bluetooth/UWB packet can get through to trigger a chime, the box is leaking. The Key Fob Test: Many people think the box works because the car doesn't unlock when you hold the box next to the door. Don't be fooled. Cars are designed to ignore "weak" signals as a security threshold. I tested this with a signal amplifier, and the amplifier was still able to "grab" the fob's signal through the box alone. The Solution: The only way this product provides 100% RF isolation is if you "double bag" it. You MUST put your items inside the included pouches, seal it tightly, AND THEN place that pouch inside the box. Once I did the pouch + box combo, the AirTag became "Unreachable," and the signal amplifier couldn't find a trace of the key fob. Verdict: It’s a decent "outer shell," but the lid seal isn't tight enough for professional grade security on its own. If you’re protecting a high value vehicle, do not trust the box alone. Use the pouch and the box together, or put your key in "Sleep Mode" if applies.
