Great chair
What Reviewers Say Comfort & build The chair features a wide (≈24″) seat with three-layer upholstery and high-density memory foam—reviews praise it for a plush, sofa-like feel and supportive seat/back construction Good Housekeeping +9 Pinterest +9 Rocky's Stone +9 . High-back design With an 18″ tall backrest—higher than many criss‑cross chairs (typically ~13.5″)—it offers noticeably better upper‑body support Pinterest . Easy to assemble Multiple users, including TikTok reviews, note it takes under 10 minutes to assemble with clear steps and no complex tools VINGLI +6 Good Housekeeping +6 Amazon +6 . Daily use performance On Amazon, a user shared relief from back pain after daily use for a week: “I love this chair… it has helped immensely with my back pain and sitting long hours.” Good Housekeeping Amazon +9 Amazon +9 VINGLI +9 🧩 Pros & Cons 👍 Pros 👎 Cons Spacious & plush – wide, thick seat accommodates multiple seating positions comfortably Good Housekeeping Pinterest Potential cushioning wear: tufted inserts may flatten over time Good Housekeeping Supportive back – higher backrest gives better comfort Feet may not touch floor when sitting fully back, affecting circulation Good Housekeeping Stylish velvet/corduroy finish – looks comfortable and chic Not ergonomic: sitting cross-legged long periods may impact posture Quick, tool-free setup – under 10 minutes assembly Durability for heavier users or long-term use remains uncertain 🛠 Use Cases & Tips Great for flexible seating: If you like switching positions—cross-legged, perched, lounging—this chair offers the space and mobility to do so comfortably. Best as a secondary chair: While plush and cozy, it lacks ergonomic lumbar and height adjustments for full-day desk work. Pair it with an ergonomic office chair during long sessions Height-adjustment check: Test whether your feet can reach the floor when seated fully—lack of foot support can cause circulation issues Maintain cushioning: Over time, tufted channels may flatten—re-stuffing or rotating positions can help preserve comfort 📊 Overall Verdict The VINGLI Cloud Chair earns strong marks for comfort, style, and ease of assembly, especially with its higher backrest and generous padded seat—significant upgrades over other viral criss-cross chairs. It's well suited for occasional home office use, makeup stations, casual lounging, or reading areas. However, if you need an all-day work chair, consider using this one as a supplement, with a more ergonomic chair for extended productivity. Frequent cross-leg sitting may strain posture, so alternating chairs is recommended. 📝 Final Take If you want a stylish, comfy, and flexible criss-cross chair that balances lounging and desk use, the VINGLI Cloud is a solid choice—look to pair it with better posture support for long days.

Pretty good!
Very pretty and easy to put together. Comfortable to sit in but the seat cushion is not as thick and fluffy as shown nor is it holding up very well as far as staying cushioned, has flattened out pretty quickly. Wasn't sure if I'd like not having arms on my desk chair but I dont even miss them. Fabric is really soft, still need to figure out the best way to clean it.

After a year, I still highly recommend!
Love it! Been using this chair for a year and it’s far more comfortable and elegant than my previous desk chair. Ever since I assembled it, the chair’s height adjustment and 360 swivel have worked smoothly. It has worn surprisingly well with little sign of use, even with hundreds of hours of me sitting in it for work and classes. The only evidence of my existence is the pen mark I can’t remove :( Right out of the box, the goofy little “gift pillow” seemed silly to me, but ever since then, I’ve actually been quite grateful to have it for a little extra support. It helps my comfort and posture to place it at the small of my back. I realize a “real pillow” would be intrusive to the sitting experience so I’m glad to have this one that actually adds comfort! Additionally, I think the pillow makes the chair look nicer. I will add that you are getting what you pay for: the quality matches the price. ($100 when I bought it.) Also, I researched a lot before buying this chair. I wanted a criss-cross chair that was beige with silver wheels. To find that, I looked through dozens and dozens of various options from Amazon, Fred Meyer, Walmart, and even Costco before settling on this one. It was absolutely the right choice. All in all, I’ve loved this chair! I only wish I gotten one with wheels since it’s so heavy and hard to move. I bought the one without wheels because I wanted silver legs rather than black ones… that was more important to me than wheels at the time. If I could go back, I’d get the wheels!!

Great Except for the Wheels
It is comfortable enough for me to spend the day working from. The bottom has good cushion but isn't so soft you're sinking and the back is firm. The color was true to the product photos (I got the light pink one) and the fabric is soft. I do agree with others that this is a smaller "criss cross" chair than some others (I have one from another brand that is significantly wider but I found the material was rougher than I liked), but it is big enough for me to still sit with my legs up without issue (I'm 5ft for reference). It goes down far enough that I can cross my legs and not run into my desk. It was very easy to put together - unboxing to having a finished chair took me under 15 minutes. The tilt works great and no squeaking. Since I saw a few people saying their chair tilts forward instead of backwards, and had issues with misaligned holes - definitely make sure that the tilt plate has the knob facing towards the front of the chair as it shows in the instructions. If your chair is tilting the wrong way, you either installed it backwards or have a faulty plate. It also helps a lot to not completely tighten all of the screws of the seat right away until you have them all in to help ensure the holes align properly. My one complaint is that the wheels are awful. 2 of mine wouldn't rotate correctly, sometimes not at all, so my chair was getting stuck constantly on clean, even, hard flooring. Pushing and pulling myself was almost like I wasn't even in a chair with wheels. I looked them over and couldn't find anything obviously wrong with them and they'd rotate find by hand, but something about the design had them trying to skid sideways. If I pushed the chair without being in it, it would maybe go sideways a couple inches but wouldn't roll anywhere on its own. I knew they'd be pretty basic from the onset, as many chairs in this price range are, and figured I'd eventually replace them for something better...I'm not terribly happy about needing to replace them immediately. This is what I docked a star for. For anyone else who might find themselves in that boat, 2" wheels that are 0.4" in diameter by 0.9" in length are what worked for me (I couldn't find the wheel dimensions listed anywhere on this page for this chair).

Very good looking chair.
Very good looking chair, looks super soft, but not sure yet how comfortable it is. The cushioning on the seat is very comfy but the back is hard and the pillow it comes with is not attached so it doesn’t stay where it needs to for comfortability. It does have a lever for going up and down, that works well. It was very easy to put together, took me about 10 minutes. It looks super sturdy and the fabric looks very durable. We will see how comfortable it is after we use it a bit.

working from home made better
i am 5’1 126Ibs the chair is nicee, it goes up and down smoothly and securely tilts to your liking, i work a full shift with this chair it does me good of course with breaks. the best part of this chair is that i can criss cross sit on it, cute grey color that goes with my style, only con is when im sitting all the way back to the lowest height level my feet hang and wont touch the floor, that’s because of my height tho, it’s okay and works for me. normal chair rolling sound. not memory foam but also not memory foam pricing! cute and comfy id recommend update: chair has a squeaky sound anytime you move on it

Detailed rating
- I would like to start with the fact that this chair is really simple and easy to build. Took me about 35 min - If you are looking for a chair that rolls like butter this might not be the best option for you. It definitely rolls but more like if the butter was really refrigerated and not at room temp. Not complaining though it rolls. - the base of the chair is wide, giving you space to sit Criss cross apple sauce. Or if you are a thick queen, you won’t be hanging out the side you know. I could be wrong so to be exact the base is about 22 inches wide. -I would recommend not sitting too far back for you would fall backwards due to the fact that the back rest and base are compact. - The chair is pretty sturdy. - the chair does seem to be taller than imagined. I’m 5’3 and the base of the chair is right above my knee. - This chair is actually really comfortable, but I will say, the back rest of the chair is a bit stiff. Just throwing it out there since some people like stiff chairs. The pillow it comes with does help with the comfortability level. - Overall this chair is 5 of 5 worth the 100 bucks. Sorry there are no pictures but my room is a mess but other pictures from other reviews under this product are accurate!

Comfy, Large, and Easy to Put Together
I've been using this chair for about 6 months now. I love a wide chair so that I can sit criss cross and this is perfect for that - I'm 6 feet tall with long legs and it's a great sized chair for me. Easy to put together! The fabric is starting to slightly wear, but I sit in it almost all day every day so I don't think there's any avoiding it. Reclines a good amount and easy to lock in if you don't want to recline. Affordable for the quality, and haven't had any structural issues. The fabric is soft and the dark color is nice, but because of the kind of fabric it does need to be vacuumed regularly.
