Needed this for my WFH job. Syncs up with our Cisco program and works much better than the ones that go in your ear. Has a mute option which is nice.

Instructions were on QR Code on USB dongle. Really no install needed, Windows 10 did all the work. So far so good, good sound & good operation.

Don’t buy. It comes with ZERO instructions & isn’t the easiest to use. I bought it twice because something kept messing up, & it was just a headache. Cisco Support is no good because ‘We can’t help since you bought it off Amazon.’ 😤 I wanted to love it.
