I purchased this phone for my 87 y.o. mother since current cell phones are to difficult to use. It worked ok for a few months and then stopped ringing altogether. Seller, can you send another basic model as a replacement — or otherwise provide me with refund to make it right. I should have paid attention to the reviews!

**I will come back and update as needed **UPDATE #1- 4/25/25: SIM card from Consumer Cellular arrived fast! Three days ahead of schedule! So, I have numbers on speed dial. Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn't. I might end up returning this because the point of buying this was a WORKING phone. Not a sometimes acting phone. :( I feel like this took forever to ship (ordered 4/5. Received 4/21), but it got here a day early. I read in the comments that this phone isn't compatible with T Mobile. I'll tell you now that it isn't compatible with AT& T either. ( And don't let them try to sell you anything you don't want.) I just called Consumer Cellular, read them the IMEI number that's located on the back of the phone ( make sure the battery is out first), and this phone IS INDEED compatible with their service!! Now, they'll have to send you out a SIM card, but she said it should be here within 3-5 days. Their prices are great too! The phone is light, but my 75 year old Mom is excited about it and with the big buttons, I think she'll be just fine with this. I wanted to pass on this info for anyone looking at purchasing this phone. I'm giving it a 4 right now because we have to see how well it works when the SIM card gets here. Thank you!

This truly is a simple phone. If that’s what you’re looking for and you can find a service that doesn’t require 4G LTE, then this will work great for you. I bought this with the intention of using with Mint Mobile or T-mobile like it advertises, then you will be out of luck. I tried to activate the sim with this phone and was told they are not compatible with their network. That being said, it truly has nice big buttons and is incredibly basic, so I am bummed this didn’t work out.

Not compatible with T-mobile as advertised. I talked to a T-mobile rep after purchasing and installing sim card, was told that the phone is not compatible. The phone feels cheap and junky. And I can’t return the phone because I threw out the manufacture packaging. Because the phone worked the first day I had it. If anyone can recommend a phone for someone with disabilities that actually works…

Phone has been great for my elderly mother with Parkinson’s. She’s been able to make calls without a problem.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's a 4 GLTE dumb phone, which is exactly what I needed, and it has big buttons Functionality: It works, but it's way too slow! I type in a phone number and wait, and wait, and wait until it finally begins to ring. And the flashlight is annoying and it's bigger than it needs to be.

He comprado este teléfono para dárselo a mi abuela ya que el otro que tenía se le ha roto. Es algo mas grande que el anterior, por lo que los números son también algo mas grandes al igual que pasa con la pantalla. Es todo de un tamaño mas que suficiente para una persona mayor. Muy intuitivo también a la hora de usarlo, fácil de configurar y de fácil manejo para ella, insisto. Un detalle que me gustó (y a ella también) es que al pulsar una tecla suena una voz reproduciendo el número que ha pulsado, para que de ésta manera si se equivoca al pulsar pueda rectificar. Compra recomendable.

Il prodotto è conforme alla presentazione. Leggero, maneggevole, intuitivo, ottimo per chi non va d'accordo con la tecnologia. La batteria dura parecchi giorni anche 10 se lo si usa in maniera media. Pigiando i tasti si può sentire una voce che ripete il numero digitato ma si può anche disattivare la funzione. Possibilità di regolare sia il tono dei tasti che della suoneria e il tono di chiamata. Tasto SOS molto utile per attivarlo bisogna pigiarlo qualche secondo, e se si attiva per sbaglio si ha qualche secondo di tempo per poterlo disattivare. Consigliato

Il cellulare è estremamente leggero e ha i tasti grandi . Risulta pertanto estremamente adatto per una persona anziana a cui non serve Internet ma vuole il cellulare solo per TELeFONARE. Si ricarica abbastanza rapidamente ed esteticamente è comunque piacevole e da borsetta.

Muy intuitivo. Tiene los números y la pantalla grande cita para lo pequeño que es el teléfono. Tiene voz y da el número que has marcado, es útil para personas mayores. Solo para llamar, si complicaciones.
