Surprisingly Good — A Fun Twist on Hydration I wasn’t sure what to expect with the Cotton Candy flavor of Liquid I.V., but I’m always up for trying new flavors — and this one was a pleasant surprise. If you’re familiar with Liquid I.V., you already know the formula works. It really does help with hydration, especially after workouts, long days in the sun, or just when I’ve had too much coffee and not enough water. It gives me a quick energy boost and helps me feel more alert and refreshed, especially in the afternoons. Now onto the flavor — cotton candy. I was a little skeptical at first. I mean, cotton candy and electrolytes? But it actually works. It’s sweet without being too overpowering or artificial, and it has that nostalgic fairground vibe without tasting like straight-up sugar. It’s more like a light, fruity sweetness with a hint of that classic spun sugar flavor. If you like sweeter drinks and you’re looking for something a little different from the usual lemon-lime or berry blends, this is a fun twist. That said, if you’re not into sweet flavors or you prefer something more citrusy or subtle, this might not be your top pick. But for me, it’s a great change of pace and a fun way to make staying hydrated feel less like a chore and more like a treat. Overall, Liquid I.V. Cotton Candy is a win. The cotton candy is my favorite flavor. You can hydrate and have a cute pink, blue, or purple drink. Yes, mix the pink and blue and you got yourself a delicious purple drink that's good for you!

I no longer drink these because of the sugar content. I will only drink the sugar free ones now. Although I have mostly switched to the more natural Instant Hydration instead. These do taste great and do the job though and it is fun that you don’t know if you’ll get a blue or pink cotton candy packet until you pour it in sixteen ounces of water.

This is a great product and the taste is amazing, but it does have a salty taste. It is very good for electrolyte replacement. As a nurse practitioner, I recommend this to all my patients! I would have given 5 stars but due to the salty taste not being ideal figured 4 were the honest reply. They are very effective at what they are meant to be used for! It is very good your skin as well!

My favorite flavor! Not too salty, not too sweet. Good price for the taste. Lower sugar content. Didn’t upset my stomach and dissolves very easily.

I absolutely loved this product. The taste was amazing not too sweet or salty and it hydrates you so well. The fact that it comes in individual packets makes it so incredibly convenient.

Cotton candy flavor is so delicious! Was worried it would be too sweet but it’s flavored just right due to the hint of salt. Not too salty either where it throws off the flavor, just that classic electrolyte salt taste. Before trying this, I’ve only had the original one that is citrusy. Now I need to try more flavors !
