BEST electrolyte tablets I’ve tried! These are so yummy. Great fruit flavors, a bit tart but nothing too sour. They fizz a bit in your mouth as they dissolve, they’re like a candy. Love the containers, I have one in my purse, car, work and home. They definitely help when my blood pressure is too low or I’m feeling dizzy. I have HEDS and MCAS and my doctor said to push electrolytes and these help me when I just can’t get the fluids in.

My husband and I love these! We have bought multiple packs of them now. The quality and taste are both great and much more affordable than similar name brand options. They don't require water, but *spoiler alert* they do fizz in your mouth! Admittedly it tool me a minute to get used to, but now I love it. We use them specifically for electrolyte replacement during and after exercise.

This was a good value for a multipack/variety pack of salt tabs. I use them to ensure hydration on long runs and when racing in half and full marathons. They taste pretty good, give a nice little fizz feeling in your mouth, and are easy to pop a few during my runs to keep my electrolytes in check. I like the little containers they come in, helps them dry and i can just pop it in a pocket to carry. I would recommend and buy again.

(this is a transcript of my video review!) I wanted something to boost my energy. I’ve been using various of the dissolvable ones that you put in the drink. I didn't even know you could have chewable ones. Not being a connoisseur yet in this field. Now, these are kind of cool. There's a whole bunch of them in it, and it's nice and chewy, and you put it in your mouth, and you chew it, and bam, you're hydrated. If this had effects, then I would have edited in some sunbeams. It's nice, it's fizzy, it's kind of like one of those sweets or candies you may have had when you were younger, or still be eating. Does it really hydrate and really work? Don't know. I kind of felt more of a kick from the bigger dissolvable ones. But it's so nice to eat, and maybe it's doing something. So, I'm gonna put it at three, should I be generous, four. We'll give it four stars. I don't know, give it a go, see if it works for you. I'm a bit on the fence, but it tastes nice.

I really enjoy this option, the fizzy in every tablet was amazing and keep me hydrated during races. Flavors are great!

These remind me of the war head candy. They foam in your mouth BUT they taste like a sweetart! Beyond the taste, they help with leg and hand cramps.
