Smart looking
I have been using this machine for a few months now and really enjoy the coffee. It takes a bit to set up the machine to get the taste you like and that varies with different coffee beans. It does remember your settings though and you can store your favourites. The machine tells you when to run a cleaning cycle, or descaling cycle and the routines are quite straight forward to follow with detailed on screen instructions. It does want to connect to the internet and does sometimes carry out software updates (normally when you want a coffee!) It looks smart and well made.

The EQ700 is the best coffee machine I've ever had
I was on the fence on this one, as this is a quite expensive machine, but I do love them so I decided to give this one a try, and it's absolutely fantastic. Perfect coffee every time, outstanding precision. The display is gorgeous, the lighting on the coffee cup when its pouring is really nice touch, and I love the ability to remotely dispense a coffee. Sounds stupid, I know, but it's actually useful for me. The one criticism I have is the fact I cannot disable the automatic rinse on startup. It auto-rinses both on startup and shutdown, but that hurts the purpose of the remote dispensing ability. I can't pour my morning cup from my bed using the app, because it would throw dirty water in the cup prior to the coffee. Siemens, please fix that!

Good
The only downside is that you can't make coffee from the app cuz it rinse first so you need to be next to the machine to change the mug. What s the point of having an app to make coffee if you need to be next to the machine? You can just press on the screen. Other than that coffee s good and it makes it fast

Disappointed
Very bad coffee machine, after only 6 weeks stopped working, only 3 months after they repaired it same issue happened again and now only 4 months after last repair again not working, basically you have to send it away for repair every few months and each time the process will take about 2 weeks , it’s just a wasting time and money

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic machine — superb build quality and incredible coffee
I’ve been using the Siemens EQ700 for a little while now, and it’s easily one of the best coffee machines I’ve owned. The build quality is exactly what you’d expect from Siemens — solid, premium, and engineered to last. The range of coffee options is brilliant, and with CoffeeWorld you can unlock even more drinks to try, which keeps things fun and varied. The Home Connect app has turned out to be surprisingly useful too. Being able to start a coffee brewing while I’m on the way home from the school run feels like a small luxury, and it works flawlessly every time. Most importantly, the coffee quality is excellent — rich, consistent, and far better than anything I was getting from my previous machine. The only downside is the design of the coffee grounds tray. Every now and then (not every time), some grounds spill over the back when removing it. When you slide the tray back in, those grounds get compressed at the rear of the machine, which stops the tray from fully inserting. I raised a warranty claim, but Siemens wanted the whole machine sent back and warned we’d be charged if it “just needed cleaning” — which wasn’t the issue. Since it’s intermittent, we’ve just learned to remove the tray more carefully and adjust the grind setting as the manual suggests. Overall, despite that small annoyance, this is a fantastic coffee machine that delivers excellent results. I’d still happily recommend it.

Siemens coffee machine
Had this a couple of years and now is going wrong, parts are very expensive and all the cleaning products are as well, not worth the money.

Can It Work With Barrista Oatly?
This coffee machine the EQ700 is really good. It grinds well, easy to fill, clean and assemble. With the right coffee beans it actually makes the perfect coffee no matter which type you prefer, it can make them all I don't drink cows milk and use a brand called oatly which is a non dairy product made from plants. The EQ700 still steams the barrista oatly perfectly and makes a wonderful coffee Some reviews complain about the heat of the coffee and that it's not hot enough? I've found it to be hot enough, it's not scalding like out of a kettle but it's hot enough to enjoy. If you're a coffee lover I would highly recommend this coffee machine!
