This is a great training tool. My granddaughter (9), showed great improvement in her serves with just her first time using the device. Great product. Nice quality. A volleyball fits nicely in the bag.

My daughter loves this training set. Comes with cute sticker and a bracelet. The braclet sadly broke after a couple wears. My daughter is only 70 pounds so the waist strap is a little big. She can definitely use this for many many years as she grows.
