I love it! It works very well and takes care of the unpleasant housework for me. In dirtier areas, you can simply run it twice for an even better result. Very satisfied with this purchase.

If you're okay with it's limitations you will appreciate this little machine. It can't do corners. Seriously, how could it? It can leave streaks on really, really dirty windows (like mine). The remote is quirky. Or maybe it's just me. I could not seem to make it work reliably so I just gave up and hit a button until it started working again. But, for all these limitations, it is the BEST for upper story windows! I started off downstairs and the photos are from the first window I tried. I got MUCH better at it by the time I finished upstairs. You don't need Windex. No, really, just the water in the machine is enough. You might want to go over the window a couple of times. I finished up by wiping with a clean rag. It lost suction a couple of times at the end. I did 10 windows and I didn't change the pads so they were very dirty by the end. I compared the results with the three downstairs windows I had washed last week by hand and the robot did as good a job as I did. Not better, but easier. And SO much easier for the upstairs windows. Now, if someone could tell me how to use this on my skylights...!

My middle window doesn’t open so I was never able to clean it. This thing did the job. I am so pleased with my purchase. Now, all my neighbors want one. Thank you for saving my beach view!!!!!

Initially, I loved this robot. It appeared to do an excellent job cleaning my windows. But in the light of day it was like waking up from a bad date. The sun shining on the windows directly revealed they were worse than before I used the robot. I tried every trouble shooting options and reached out to customer support only to be told make the pads wetter first (direct conflict to manual) and that I should just return it. So that’s what I did.

It’s great for large sliding glass doors and large mirrors, very happy with the product .

The water ejecter on the device only squirted out mist.. which couldn't even get the windows wet.

i did have it fall the first time i used it..not sure why..but not since....is it perfect..no..but does a good job..for me..you might have to run it a few times on the window..
