I started taking this to help curb my appetite and help regulate my blood sugar and find it to be the best product I’ve found yet to help me with this.

It’s helping me, but only been on it for less than a month.

These are a little pricey, but I like them. I take 1 a day, not the two recommended due to the aftertaste. e Its not bad, it just a turmeric taste. They work okay with no jittery effects. I will continue to use them if I can get them on sale.

Slowly losing weight. Keeps me feeling full and combined with a good diet and exercise, I'm seeing results.

Updating my original review. So after taking this for about 5.5 weeks I have to say this has caused a complete upset to my GI tract. I have horrible cramping and pain. Totally deregulated. I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this product. I cannot say that this product did not help me lose weight. I have lost 16 lbs but I’ve also been exercising and eating 1000 calories a day or less. I’ve continued to lose weight after I stopped taking it. It’s really helping to reduce cravings and decreasing my appetite. I’ve lost 6 lbs so far, been using it for 11 days. It is important to follow the directions and take it 30 minutes before your large meal.

It worked for a couple of months. It has tapered off since.

Seem to be working

Maybe it is just postmenopausal me, but this was like taking nothing. I didn't feel extra energy. If anything it gave me a bit of a stomach ache after taking, I took as directed for 3 weeks and did not lose a single pound. We are all looking for that magic pill, and this isn't it.
