Easy app and great quality thermal images! Easily connects to my iPhone and is a nice compact size. Comes with attachments too. You will immediately start “playing” with this and experimenting what things look like from a thermal point of view. E.g. what is my cat/dog body temperature, or looking around your house for all the cold spots.

The camera module works great. However the supplied extension cable did not work for either android or iPhone. HIK quickly sent a replacement but that didn't work either. Faulty batch? So i bought one from Amazon for under£5 and it worked fine. I advised HIK. Hope they get it sorted so others don't have this problem.

A very compact and easy to use product. As others have said, surprisingly good resolution at this price point and a big improvement over the Flir product I used to have (until its internal battery failed prematurely). As soon as I tried it out for the first time, I discovered that half of our underfloor heating was off!

This camera is very good, using it to trace hot water pipes in the wa and it's very effective.

The thermal camera has been very helpful at tracing heat related things. I've added a few pictures to illustrate how it's been able to detect radiator pipes within walls, under hardwood floors, under carpet. It's also shown colder spots on a radiator. Also it shows the cold section with the loft hatch and also an unexpected couple of cold sections in the ceiling. The device itself is tiny, but a doddle to plug in and use. The periodic self-calibration is helpful to keep temperature indicators in check. It's easy to set thresholds for upper/lower temperatures. I'm really glad I went for the higher resolution this camera delivers - it's very helpful. You don't need to have it as picture-in-picture mode, but I find it useful for keeping images afterwards. I have zero complaints about this device.

This is too fiddly to use and hard to get the most out of using my iPhone, maybe it’s better with android, where the extendable lead can be utilised. I couldn’t say. Given how fiddly it can be, to get the right angles or distance from what you’re trying to see, very often in enclosed or limited spaces, it seems very overpriced. If I were looking again I’d by a stand alone one, not a phone add on. It would be vastly improved if you could plug it in and have its functionality via the phones camera, instead of the products app, as I find the app it works with is quite a pain in the *** however when the fiddly bits are out of the way it can deliver a decent representation of where your heat loss is coming from, etc. The item itself is quite small, though it has a findable sized case with good protection. However the functionality of trying to use it can become frustrating. The price indicates top quality, but the experience differs.

Does exactly what it says. Customisable with appearance and range in app. Connects Everytime, very useful. Just as capable as units that are more expensive

*** edit x2!! see below. At first I thought I had a dud, usimf a samsumg s22 the picture was all fuzzy, pixelated but you could see the thermal part was working. Was about to return it, then tested with my android tablet and wow! Works fine, Uninstalled the app from the phone, re-installed and now all working great on both devices. The temp accuracy seems very good from a few tests I have done. The fuzzy crap came back, tested on 3 devices. Tried factory reset, tried uninstall/reinstall of the app. Seems to point to failing hardware which sucks, since I wanted to use it while looking for a new home. And of course it fails when I need to use it. I'll see if they will swap it but its been 3 months. Will see if any warranty. *** update 2. The company reached out and took a look at my issue and is replacing the unit!! Wow, was not expecting that! I will be happy to have a working unit again, while the broken was working it was great and very accurate with heat readings. This level of customer support deserves 5 stars. Great job! You have kept a customer and i will be sure to tell others when they ask about this device. I added a picture of when it was working of my laptop and you can see an echo dot glowing too.

Många funktioner i appen och verkar nära om inte exakt i tempraturmätningen. Snyggt också med de olika färgskalorna och att man kan göra egna. Lätt att ta med sig då den är pytteliten.

Très facile d'utilisation. Il m'a aidé à trouver des ponts thermiques et des infiltrations d'humidité. L'application se lance automatiquement lorsque je branche l'appareil sur le téléphone. J'ai apprécié la possibilité de récupérer facilement la photo prise par le téléphone avec la photo thermique, ce qui est pratique pour trier les photos ensuite (je les synchronise automatiquement sur le pc via une autre application). La calibration automatique qui se déclenche fréquemment est perturbante au début mais on s'y fait rapidement. Un peu onéreux pour un usage ponctuel, par contre le résultat est là.

Adattatore per Iphone, adattatore maschio/femmina Usb C, e cavo prolunga per PC. Ottimo prodotto, ho effettuato alcuni test e devo dire che il risultato è veramente notevole, utilizzo la termocamera anche in campo lavorativo, con modello piu professionale e devo dire che non trovo molta differenza, sicuramente l'hardware dello smartphone è fondamentale per un ottimo risultato

Die Klarheit und Schärfe der Bilder, selbst bei extrem schwierigen Bedingungen, sind einfach fantastisch. Man kann selbst kleine Details erkennen, das Bild ist sehr rauscharm. Design und Handhabung: Das kompakte und leichte Design macht das Gerät sehr handlich. Die Materialien wirken sehr hochwertig und robust. Die App- Benutzeroberfläche ist intuitiv gestaltet. Auch als Technik-Neuling findet man sich schnell zurecht. Die Menüs sind übersichtlich und die Einstellungen lassen sich problemlos anpassen. Besonders gut gefällt mir die Möglichkeit, zwischen verschiedenen Betriebsmodi zu wechseln, je nach Bedarf. Zusammenfassung: Insgesamt ist das HIKMICRO Mini 2 V2 ein erstklassige Wärmebildkamera, die sowohl in der Leistung als auch in der Benutzerfreundlichkeit überzeugt.
