If you want the hot flashes to go away and you wanna feel better and sleep through the night I recommend these vitamins. I’ve never thought I would take a vitamin that actually worked in this one took my hot flashes away within a day. I do not run out of these ever I have an auto re-deliver every month.

I’ve been taking this product for about two months now and definitely have noticed a difference. I have fewer hot flashes, mood swings, and my body feels much more regulated and calm. I take it every day without fail and felt better within a week or so. I will continue to buy this product and use it. I definitely recommend it if you are struggling with menopause.

These do work - it takes a little time to see results. My main issues were hot flashes, night sweats, and chills. I believe brain fog and head aches were more related to dehydration resulting from hot flashes and night sweats, so do be thoughtful about drinking enough water. I'm still in perimenopause. Within a few days of taking Mellow Menopause, I started to sleep better (less intense night sweats) but continued to have hot flashes throughout the day. It took 2 week plus before I noticed my hot flashes were becoming less intense. I was finishing my first bottle before I stopped noticing hot flashes at all. I take them every day - I do not skip any days. I don't usually struggle with pills or capsules, but these seemed a little harder to swallow. I usually take them with dinner to help get them on down, water doesn't seem like enough. Finish at least one full bottle before you give up on them.

I’m sure these work great for most women, just not for me. I bought them because the ratings were so good. I tried them for 4 months, and I couldn’t tell a difference at all. I had a hysterectomy a year ago, and have tried MANY different pills, lotions, creams, etc. The only thing that might’ve made a difference is the hot flashes. They might’ve decreased from 10 a day to 9. I would give a one star because they didn’t work for me, but I know my body and most pills, supplements and remedies just DON’T do what they’re supposed to with ME. So I rated in the middle to be fair. And I got so tired of trying all of these (practically) “guaranteed to work” menopause supplements- that I finally just got prescribed bioidentical HRT.

I am on a medication that mimics some symptoms of menopause, like hot flashes. It’s terrible to all of a sudden start sweating-makes it look like you’re up to no good, you know? I’m no longer all of a sudden sweating at work unless it’s legitimately hot outside and I’m wearing a suit jacket. It’s a capsule and smells a little like maple syrup. I feel like this is a quality product, but I think it should be a little cheaper since you’re taking it daily.

I've only been taking these for a couple of weeks, so I haven't seen a tremendous difference, and I have heard from other people that they had little effect on them. I'll be honest here, I really feel like I HAVE noticed a difference in the frequency and intensity of my hot flashes, as well as my mood swings -- those don't seem as intense, either. I definitely will keep taking them for at least 6 weeks, to make sure that they take full effect. Don't expect them to "cure you" overnight. Here is the only downside to them: the capsules are pretty hefty, so make sure you are prepared with plenty of fluid when you're ready to take them. I myself take them at night, but OLLY doesn't recommend any specific time of day to take them. I take other OLLY supplements, as well, so I wasn't surprised or bothered by the size of the capsules. They do have a smell (as all herbs will), but it is NOT an unpleasant smell. I am experiencing no adverse affects thusfar. I would recommend giving them a try... because menopause is NOT for the weak!

Took it for many months, not worth the money spent on it. I couldn't tell a thing other than a ton of bloat and indigestion. Stopped taking it cold turkey, no more bloat or indigestion. It was a waste of money honestly. The only thing that will fully help stop hot flashes, night sweats and everything else that goes along with menopause is prescription hormones. Don't waste your money on this product.

I didn’t think these would work, but I definitely noticed the difference. If I forget to take for a few days, my night sweats come back in full force.
