better than expected

I wish I would have discovered these many years earlier, because they work amazing. I bought the 4 pack so I could give them to my relatives. I've used them a number of times, either for really heavy things: so I don't have to bend down to get them off the ground; awkward things: which don't have good places to hold on; or things normally requiring two people: like a lazy-boy chair I wanted to move downstairs - no way I could have done it alone without them. Actually, I've done a number of items alone, that just wouldn't be possible without these straps. It's like they give you another pair of hands: the straps do the lifting, while your hands are free to guide the load. Very simple, yet so useful!

Several people who ordered the single pair of these complained that they received cheap, thin (2") knock-offs. The ones I received in this 4-pack are definitely the real thing, 3" wide, and shipped in the original box with Forearm Forklift on the return address label. Also, I didn't notice that this was a pack of four PAIRS, not four straps. Eight straps for $35 is quite a bargain compared to the $20 price for 2 straps.

These were not effective. I turned around and ordered the Shoulder Dolly that fit over the shoulder/create center of gravity are at the waist, and they work much better. Look for those instead.

Moved almost 20,000 sq feet of business furniture recently. Everyone loved using these compared to traditional methods of moving large furniture/items. There were 4 sets (8 straps) in this kit. At a very minimum, I wouldn't have anything less than two sets (4 straps) total.
