I think people that have issues with this are people trying to label tall-ish plastic bottles where the body of the bottle is slightly smaller in circumference than the base and shoulders from mold shrinkage and are using long labels. That is a problem with the bottle, not the labeler. I bought this for small run labeling of glass Bordeaux wine bottles and it works perfectly. If the bottle is rigid and has a perfect circumference, you will love this machine. If not, before you write a poor review, consider the problems you are having probably stem from the poor quality, inconsistent bottles you are trying to label, not the machine itself. You may alleviate some issues labeling your product after it has been filled and sealed which will make the bottle more rigid. It's easy to set up if you are mechanically inclined enough to screw in a light bulb, if not, search youtube for a video that shows you how to do it. Takes less than 5 minutes to assemble.

Great customer service to replace a missing screw. Very responsive and helpful. Machine works as hoped for. Sometimes a slight kink in the labels but you learn what to adjust and play around with to get it right. Far more efficient than manual application.
