I love this product! I got this for an elderly relative who likes eating her meals while seated on the sofa watching tv. A regular tray table would have posed a tripping hazard, would have to be picked up and moved in and out of place, and could easily be knocked over. It just wouldn't have worked. By contrast, the Wonder Tray table assembly is held securely in place under the sofa feet, and the table top swings freely out of the way when not in use. My relative doesn't need any assistance to use it. Product support from Stander is great too. I had a question and they quickly responded to my inquiry and handled my issue more than satisfactorily. Just make sure you make a note of the Lot # of the product before you install it under the furniture legs, because the Lot # is on sticker on the underside of a bottom plate. The company will ask for the Lot # if you ever need product support. I bought an earlier version of this Stander tray table years ago when I needed a spacious keyboard tray under a table that I was using for a desk. The table top was too high for the keyboard, and the center drawer prevented me from attaching a keyboard tray to the underside of the table. The Stander tray table is adjustable in height, fits neatly under the desk, and swings out of the way when I don't need it. I use it every day. Some may think it is a little pricey but it has been exactly what I needed in more than one situation and well worth it. It is easily assembled, sturdy, adjustable, unique, and versatile. I love it.

Few products are life-changing. This certainly changed mine. For everyone who spends a lot of time at home working on a laptop, the ability to do this on a completely stable surface that swivels easily out of your way while sitting on your comfortable couch (instead of on the floor) is amazing. Especially if you are older, and getting up and down from the floor all day (no matter how comfortable your cushions and backrest are), gets tiresome. I own three laptop riser stands, of different heights and weights, and they greatly improved my ease in using my laptop in the living room (who wants to sit at their office desk all day?) But the problem with riser stands, especially those with taller extendable legs, is that they are not stable. I learned this the hard way when my big high-end ASUS laptop got knocked off the riser onto the floor. It cost me $500+ to replace the motherboard ! After that experience, I finally relented and bought this laptop stand/TV tray table. I hesitated because of the price and because I didn't want a piece of 'furniture' in front of my couch all the time. But I wish I had bought this product a long time ago, because it is great -- not only as a laptop stand, but also as a TV tray for eating at. The best part is that you can adjust the tray to any height you like (not pre-set increments like risers) and just push the tray lightly to the side when you are ready to get up off the couch. The tray swivels easily in many directions, so you can leave your laptop or food on it without fear that anything will tip over. It is a large and very stable surface. The assembly was pretty easy. The tray comes with all the tools you need. It took me a few hours, but I am a middle-aged woman who does not have a lot of 'home improvement' skills. If you can assemble a piece of IKEA furniture, you can assemble this. I see that some reviewers complained that this table does not fit under their armchairs, and I can see how that may be a problem. But if you have a couch, you will not have an issue. The base of the stand slides to fit a pretty big range of depths (the distance between your front and back legs, and then you simply tighten the bolts to keep it stable. Similarly, the height is easily adjustable to clear your couch arm, and you tighten the bolt when you are happy with the result. No more backache/neck ache from bending over to use your laptop! You can position it as close or far as you want. This is a simple but great product. I only wish I had bought this years ago. A++++

I have vertigo, FMS, and intermittent difficulty gripping things. I had a lap desk, which until this table, was my best option, but it meant I was IKEA Poang chair locked until someone got free to lift the lap desk off of me. Because it was a lap desk I also had items and drinks fall into my chest. This table has none of those issues. It holds the table parallel to the floor (unlike my lap desk that tilted toward me), it also swivels on 2 points in a way I adore. The table top spins all the way around parallel to the ground. So I can turn the top so the opposite side is facing me without having to remove items from it. The movement for the table top is smooth and easy to move without being too easy, which would make things fall off. I noticed online they have instructions on how to adjust the friction of the table top swivel movement. The only issue I have is that the pivot arm that moves the table away from you is too stiff for me. That pivot arm does a full circle movement which is quite handy. I have to focus hard to move it myself. Not impossible or painful (unlike my previous solution), but is something that is not easy for me. Where I do appreciate that I won’t bump it and move the table away unexpectedly, I do have to make sure when my pain is high to give myself extra time and 2x I had to ask for help, but those were level 8 of 10 on the pain scale days, so not unreasonable. I do expect the arm to be easier to move over years of use, but I could be wrong. I deducted a star because, I had been hesitant to buy this for a year due to the lack of elegance. I had really wanted something beautiful and functional. The 3 other items I got instead, lap desk, L shaped swivel top couch table (L part made sitting in the Poang uneven and uncomfortable for me, plus there was no way to move the tray part out of the way for me to sit by myself and put under the Poang rail just before I sat. Worked great for my love seat, but not for my Poang. The endeavor I got was too awkward to use and did not put a tray over my lap. I can say where I do not find the table I am currently reviewing as attractive, it is not ugly. The positives far outweigh my aversion to its aesthetic and I wish I had bought it a year ago. I have noticed it’s the nicest looking out of the similair ones I have seen. It is a good quality and the bamboo table top adds an unexpected quality that elevates the piece style wise. I was delighted that it’s not so smooth a finish that things slip. They stay, but it’s not rough to the touch. I do deeply enjoy the size. I can eat, put my plate to the corner and play my Nintendo switch using the table top to steady my hands. I love this for that too. It’s such a well thought out size that I have not installed the cup holder. I just have not felt the need. (I felt the need to add a cup holder to my office desk, kitchen table and Rollator. The fact I don’t feel the need to use this here is unexpected. I would buy again and earlier. I love the independence it gives me.

The table is excellent and fulfils our needs perfectly. My wife is disabled and the table adjustability makes it just right. The actual table top size is just right despite other reviews say it is too small, it isn’t.

You get what you pay for. Had this table for over a year now and still impressed by the functionality and build quality. Tried a few cheaper options but they were limited by inflexible design, lack of sturdiness and generally unsuited to my needs. This table does all I ask it to do. As a bonus, the all-black colour matches my black leather rise and fall recliner perfectly.
