Sweet
It's sweet. I didn't notice much difference in myself or my child,but we take it anyway. I think this might be the reason why we didn't get sick when everyone around were having colds and flus.

Good item easy to take
Good product easy to use. The taste wasn’t bad but it was strong so gave me a little shudder (still would continue the use myself but worth noting if your a sensitive person).

I really like this liquid zinc from MaryRuth’s! It’s so much easier to take than pills—I just add it to my morning drink and can’t even taste it. The taste is tolerable for my daughter, which is a huge win because Zinc can taste awful! Since taking this zinc she is finally sleeping well again. She has autism and seems more regulated when taking zinc. Will definitely buy again.
