Though initially expensive for "just buckets," this two-bucket system with grit guards revolutionized my car washing routine. The guards trap dirt at the bottom, preventing swirl marks on my paint. I've put some electrical tape on one of the buckets so I can keep the soap and rinse water separate.

Moved to a two bucket system after changing out my old car to something newer, was fed up of the local hand wash people smashing up my wheel arches with the jet wash lance and seeing them use the same wash mitts for everyone’s cars. These buckets are pretty sturdy and the sand traps work really well, it’s surprising how much muck sits underneath them at the end of a wash. Yes it takes some effort to wash your car properly yourself but I’m not paying £30k and having my bodywork ruined by poor washing practices at these hand car washes. The chemicals they use are super aggressive and damage alloys over time as well.

The buckets are sturdy, but I wish they had a wash and rinse wording on the bucket. The capacity is fine for a small suv. The base grills are a tad small, but stayed in place.

Excellent quality product just what I required to be able to attend to my cars. I have considered purchasing these for ages.

Package delivered today and found that the description of the product is incorrect. Please note it is only the handle that is made of metal, the bucket itself is plastic. I don't like it when you study items to make an informed decision and then find the information given is incorrect. Other than that it looks ok, yet to use it.

Excellent quality buckets, they’re huge. Yes the grit grid is small inside and does initially float to the top, just push it down and it stays there, so don’t be put off by the reviews that say otherwise. Highly recommend.

Depuis longtemps j'en cherchais à un prix abordable, j'en suis amplement satisfait. Reçu rapidement et très bien protéger.

Pedí este pack porque por precio me parecía interesante comparado con los desorbitados precios que se encuentran referente a cubos y Grit Guard (Rejillas). No estoy decepcionado de mi compra, al contrario. Entrega antes de los previsto por lo que muy bien. Pero el material viene de Inglaterra y sin ningún tipo de acolchado en la caja, si maltratan la caja en el transporte (ponerle peso encima) es muy fácil que venga dañado. Por suerte el mio estaba bien. Como descrito en algunos comentarios, la rejilla (Ø26 cm) es más pequeña que el fondo del cubo (Ø27,5 cm) por lo tanto esta baila un poco en el fondo del cubo. Pero no es algo muy grave la verdad. Ese 1,5 cm de margen no deja pasar ni por asomo el guante hasta el fondo del cubo y la rejilla tiene bastante peso para no flotar. De hecho, lo que hacemos muchos limpiando con la técnica de los 2 cubos es meter las dos rejillas en el cubo de agua limpia y ninguno en el de espuma. Para darle doble espesor de protección al cubo donde enjuagamos toda la suciedad del guante. Si tienes una tercera rejilla, obviamente la puedes poner en el cubo del jabón, pero nunca he recogido suciedad en ese, cuando enjuago bien el guante. Las tapas se ponen muy fácil y quedan bien sujetas sin necesidad de introducirlas hasta el fondo de su ranura (que es cuando se hace muy difícil abrirlas). Eso si, la manopla es terrible (Ni por asomo lavare la carrocería de un coche con esto) pierde mucho pelo y la fibra se nota muy agresiva. Pero no compre el conjunto por el guante... así que 4 estrellas.
