This bundle contains 'the holy trinity' of dried chillies, essential for any good mole. Ancho, Pasilla and Guajillo for those that don't know, add a rich deep, chocolate and raisin like flavour to your sauce. The skinny little Arbol chillies included here can add moderate heat. The pack is great value, convenient and the dried chillies are of high quality. An excellent product which I shall be buying several times a year (we eat a lot of chilli in our hoyse).

Excellent value for money, I bought this pack to make birria tacos, Extremely high quality chilli peppers dried perfectly. Excellent fragrance and even better flavour, Once opened I stored the chipotles in an ice cube tray with a bit of the adobo sauce, once frozen I transferred each block to freezer bags for future use. Would but again.

Have purchased the ancho ones a few times and they have always been of a good quality, very smokey and add a lovely flavour to slow cooker pulled pork or chilli chicken, I think they are ideally suited to use in slow cooking - i haven't used guagillo peppers before but when I saw the offer on the twin pack I thought they would be worth trying out
