So far, I can say I love this product. It is super-fast; the quality is pretty impressive. I had trouble with set up, (which was on my end). I called customer service, and I had the pleasure of speaking to Jude and he was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak to. I am happy with the purchase and experience so far!

GREAT CARD PRINTER
WE HAVE A HOME SERVICE BUSINESS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD OUR ID BADGES PRINTED FOR US. EACH EMPLOYEE HAS A ID BADGE TO ALLOW THE CLIENTS SEE THEY ARE OUR EMPLOYEES WHICH GIVES THE PIECE OF MIND. I SAW THE REVIEWS AND KNEW RIGHT AWAY I WANTED THIS PRINTER. I FOLLOWED THE STEPS FOR INSTALL AND HAD NOT ONE SINGLE ISSUE WE WERE PRINTING CARDS WITHIN THE HOUR. THE APP IS EASY TO USE AS IS THE PRINTER ITSELF. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Only 100 cards and Prints in the box
Don't believe the big color ad at the bottom that says "300 pvc cards and 300 print ink ribbon", read the tiny print that says 100 prints in the box. Figure another $150 to get what they promise in the ad.

Very Easy to use!
Printer system is easy to use. Just download the software and printer drivers. They provide tutorials to help you design your ID. Within an hour of the box arriving on my porch I was printing IDs.

Missing Instructions and Activation Code
Received our printer and the instructions and activation code was not in the box. I have reached out to the manufacturer for this information, as we are unable to use this device without the required documents.

It took a little bit to set up but overall the product is very good. The support i received was excellent from tech support. Byron was able to set it all up for me with no issues.
