Great purchase. Quality construction. I needed it to keep our dog out of the bedroom from constantly waking me up at night. Keeping my door shut strained the central air. This solved that. The only thing I’d say is that I needed to go to a slightly more narrow config than what the instructions stated but that was no problem. The compression technique worked great. No screws no anything. It works fine with the compression method. Took maybe 10 minutes to install. Worth every penny. Ease of use is a 10 out of 10. I love how when you put the gate past 90 degrees it stays open for ease of moving in and out if needed. Opens and closes easily. Highly recommend.

These gates are terrific, They actually look very expensive and decorative. Look much better than plastic baby gates. We use them to separate rooms for a puppy and they actually match the great dog crate that we purchased from Amazon too. They have a lock and the opening swings open two ways. Great product!!

One of the few that was big enough for my hallway. Great build, works well. Perfect for keeping my curious 10 month old from venturing to places she shouldn’t!

I ordered 2 Cumbor baby gates for controlling access in our house for our dogs. I was able to install them both in about 30 minutes without reading any directions. Both fit well into doorways that were about 36 inches and 50 inches. These were completely worthless for a 6-week old Yorkie who could get through these easily, but worked well for the other larger dogs. The quality seemed very good and both held firmly and functioned well. The latch was easy to operate, and the automatic closing from either direction was nice. I'm happy with them so far, but I'll update if there are any issues after we use them for a few months.

Bought two of these gates - one for an entryway, and the other for a staircase. Product came well packaged. Instructions were VERY clear on how to achieve the different widths. This product comes with extensions, wall braces, and "Y" spindle adapters that cost extra $$$ from other vendor gates. My 90+ year old live in mother in law can open and close the gate easily, and my 25lb "all boy" grandson was unable to pull the gate down, despite shaking it with all his might and standing on the bottom of the gate!!! The "stays open" feature past 90 degrees is a plus, along with the "auto close" feature when less than 90 degrees. FYI - the gate can be moved if necessary - just make sure you use a zip tie, belt, or clamp to "hold" the gate tension against the frame (just like the initial assembly).

This is the perfect gate. It could only be better with a small section for cats...a section that could be removed or added that is slightly wider. We did the adjustment ourselves.
