Re-Lyte Hydration Electrolyte Powder Mix, Variety Pack, 30 Stick Packs

I love these electrolytes. Redmond's is great value for your money. I've used other over-priced electrolytes and wasn't nearly as impressed as I am with Re-Lyte. The flavors are great, without being overly sweet. Pro tip: it doesn't always mix well if you dump it into a full bottle of water. What I like to do is pour the powder into a bottle with just a little bit of water, put the lid on, and shake it hard. Then, add it to a full glass or bottle of water and shake/mix. That helps the powder to really dissolve.

I love this product, and I love the individual packets because they make it easier to take on the go. All the flavors are great! The mango is my least favorite because it doesn't taste like mango to me at all. Overall, I've been taking the product for years, and it will help you feel hydrated. Plus, my kids love them. I will use half a packet for my kids. It goes further, and they don't like it as salty.

I work outside all summer every day and I had tried lots of hydration packets before these guys are awesome. I think they are great. They take a little bit getting used to their little bit salty but the flavors are actually pretty good once you get used to them and they don't have a lot of sugars and they're not bought out by other big companies so it's real Ault and like I said I feel super hydrated and I feel the electrolytes kick in a lot faster cause it has more salt and also I don't feel bloated

The best electrolyte powder I've found! Love the the variety pack of flavors (favorites are watermelon lime and strawberry lemonade). I like the balance of electrolytes and salt - other brands I've tried are way too salty. I mix up a pack with water and creatine before the gym and drink half before my workout and the other half afterward. It dissolved well in water but I find it's better in room temp water and then I'll add ice cubes to chill. Doesn't leave a bunch of powder at the bottom of your cup. Love this so much I have a subscription (which is a better price too). 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic product that really hydrates you and taste good!

I like most of the flavors of this product. The packaging is fine. I’m just trying to decide if LMNT a better product as the dosage of sodium and magnesium is less than LMNT. Potassium is a little higher in this product and there is calcium and chloride as well.

Love this pack to try all the flavors. These are salty lol just a heads up. Favorites are lemon lime (reminds me of Gatorade but not sweet), watermelon (a bit tangy), really enjoyed the pins colada (sweetest one but still salty), strawberry lemon is good too I like mixing it with strawberry lemon Poppi soda and it’s so yummy!!, my least favorite was mixed berry. I really enjoyed mixing them with sparkling water. It’s like a 0 calorie treat. Normally drink them fasted (obv not mixed with a Poppi for fasting haha!) before my workouts and it definitely makes a difference for me. I don’t get dizzy and I continue drinking until my eating window and helps me feel good. Of course it’s more reasonable financially to get a tub of a single flavor but it was worth the splurge for me to taste the flavors and have some variety.

These electrolytes do a great job of keeping away the cramps and helping you get through strenuous exercise! They taste great, and have zero sugar. Highly recommend!

So yummy! Definitely salty but what I wanted.

This pack is amazing if you want to try different flavours. Love this product, use it for sports, or simply to rehydrate when sick. Definitely worth the buy.

Good for price. Taste is good too but it doesn’t mix at all. You get left with a bunch of clumps floating on the top.
