I have a really hard time staying hydrated on long runs (I've run several marathons). This is the only stuff I can absorb quickly while running that keeps the cramps away. I appreciate that Amazon has these in large packages to help manage the cost. I have used this for over a decade now, and simply have no desire/need to use anything else.
