Solid, safe stairs
Finally got this installed. My "fit" was a challenge, as the attic opening is directly over the basement stair well; but these stairs were true to measurement, so the installation itself was fairly straight forward. The stairs are solid when extended and feel very safe.

I am building a house with my daughter and we needed to get into the attic a bit for the HVAC work. This has been a dream compared to the hole I have in my house that i need to use a ladder with. Just open it up, and it is awsome. We have used it no less than 100 times going up and down in the last 3 months opening and closing it with no issues. it was a bit of a chore installing it, but I really love it. Great addition.

Stable Access to Attic
This Aluminum Attic Ladder was easy to install in just one hour. The ceiling preparation took another hour. We use our bolts to attach to the ceiling. The ceiling height for this project is 89 inches. Noted for its ease of installation and ability to be adjusted for various ceiling heights, there are instructions to cut it to fit lower ceilings as needed. Can be used/installed on low ceiling height by cutting the Aluminum as needed. Since this Ladder is made from Aluminum material will never rust, and will not be suitable for heavy traffic.
