My ancestors and grandma and mom have been using burdock root for as long as I can remember to help reduce constipation. Helps with heartburn and digestive issues it does help with sleep but it's main purpose is digestion. It does taste a little woodsy so I would suggest mixing it in a smoothie or like a soda or something that has a pungent taste if you don't like the flavor of it. Or you can use it in cooking. I usually just take two to three drops under my tongue everyday. I will definitely recommend for Better Health

It has a pleasant taste. I do know the health benefits yet, but I will comment later.

Burdock root is a good source of antioxidants that help protect your cells from damage and reduce inflammation. The burdock root combined with dandelion, cleavers, and lymphatic herbs helps in controlling fluid retention. The combination has worked well for me, BUT AS ALWAYS - check with your physician before starting an herbal approach if you are taking prescribed medications.

This does not taste bad so I've had no problem taking it. It seems to be helping my inflammation.

I used this product, but little to no results. I can compare as I've used this root extract many times but with different companies and received faster, noticeable results.

Love that this is alcohol free. Great product for my needs.
